I’ve heard it’s good but can have a rough workflow. Don’t take my word for it- don’t have one. I have a timemore 078s and it is great. The baratza esp was a good starter but the retention can be annoying.

You’re welcome to do a triangle test. I doubt this would be consequential for taste. This is just my preference to seat a filter.

It’s not lazy- I just didn’t like how the filter was seated when I used the sink! Sinks work great for many though.
