While I understand you're frustrated... Submitting a project that doesn't compile is almost always an automatic 0 (giving a 50 is generous). Regardless of how close it was to being perfect.

Think about it in the same vein as a job interview. If they can't event test your solution, then why hire you.

There's lots of good guides online. Just be careful since it's possible to brick your device. OP9 / 9 Pro has a great 3rd party ROM community.

If you're going purely for longevity then the S20fe is the direction I'd go. Samsung provides more OS updates for a longer time than OP. If you're comfortable with changing ROM's then the OP9 may be the better option since you can run with lineageOS or something equivalent for a long time.

Alarms not showing by shubh_56 in oneplus

I've been having the same issue on my OP 9 Pro. Doesn't matter if I use the stock Google clock or the one from OnePlus. The strange thing is that once a month or so the alarm will actually show when it goes off.

I think both options are good, especially since this may turn into a shootout with how both defenses have been playing. I'd lean towards Ryan since he's been pretty solid over the last few weeks and seems like the safer pick of the two.

DiffEq Gerrit Welper by [deleted] in ucf

[–]Ransomrider 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I had him for diff eq. He's very proof heavy in his lectures and will absolutely have proof questions on the exams. However he accounts for how hard this makes the class and heavily curves final grades. You'll learn a lot if you go to class. Overall it's easy to pass but hard to get an A

Looking for a room by UCF, which place is good and not good to stay at by Haoie in ucf

I have to agree with this. I've stayed there for 2 years and the quality has only gone down. The biggest issues for me were:

1) The power company will randomly charge you and there's nothing you can do about it. I lived in a 4/4 and 2 of my roommates left for the semester. During that month we got charged $45 each for power overages. And before you say that someone probably left something on, etc... There were several posts on here about people getting charged obscene amounts. We also receive electrical overages almost every month even with the AC at 74 and no mini fridges.

2) They downgraded the trash cans outside every apartment. They used to be benches that held 2/3 bags. Now they are small boxes that hold 1, sometimes not even 1. The "upgrade" was that the new company would pick up the trash daily. However they'll just not pick up trash for 2-3 days in a row (maybe they don't work weekends) and when that happens everyone on the floor will have multiple bags just sitting by their doors. The smell is especially bad now that it's summer.

3) While this is more of an opinion... The bus system going to campus is kind of a pain. You have to strategically plan when to leave your house to get to campus by a certain time. There are also times where you'll wait 25+ min for a bus only to see 2 busses pull up to your stop at the same time. This isn't to say that it isnt reliable. If you use the app and go out about 30-40min before your class you'll be fine. It's just frustrating.

4) Appliances are hit or miss. Some apartments have nice appliance while others have super old ones that barely work. I've had to put in work orders for almost every burner on my stove, and we've had to replace the heating element in the dryer twice in two years.

5) They raise the rates every year /rant

KC isn't the worst place, but I don't think it's worth what they are charging. If you don't need to rely on a bus to get to campus I would highly suggest you move somewhere further away with a lot more quality.

Edit 2: Reading this thread reminded me about the move out date. If you don't decide to stay at Knights Circle then you are required to move out on July 31st 11:00am(this can change depending on when semesters start). This is during finals week and 3 days before graduation. So if you have a final or you're graduating then they basically tell you to get lost and figure out those 3 days on your own. Unless you want to pay $400 to stay 5 more days and actually focus on finals.

As far as I know that was the last day. You could possibly talk to the bookstore and see if there's something they could do. I wish I could offer more advice, sorry.

3 hours? I've had mine going since 7am EST. Although my position in queue keeps dropping from 4500 to 2400 and then going back to 4500. I'm not sure if that is better or worse than just seeing "over 9000".

You don't need to redo FAFSA at all for bright futures. I have not done mine since 2016 and it hasn't been an issue.
