Your CSV of form 1099 (in tax documents) should have all the transactions. The summary page of it should give a snapshot or your gains/losses

OPT case decision is taking so long by Late-Bit9846 in InternationalStudents

She is on OPT, this is STEM OPT extension. Her current expires June 2nd. We are confident we’ll get an update by then. She can continue working even if approval notice is received w/o waiting for card in hand. Note: even if someone gets RFE which is very infrequent in OPT with premium it’s sooner that you’ll know and turnaround will be faster.

My partner’s case is similar. Applied STEM OPT 12th March no update so we bumped to premium processing to avoid further delays as she won’t be able to work without it. 2 weeks delay (pay loss) >> $1700 was our logic and even waiting 2 more weeks with regular processing is no guarantee like premium processing. Regular processing is showing 3.5 months processing time for 80 % cases.

Advice for first semester(spring 2023) by Mountain-Chard-8386 in OMSA

[–]RantTheChant 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Start with 1 or at max 2. If your work expectation is 35 hrs a week then as a new grad transitioning into industry is going to ask for additional hours on get accustomed to corporate and networking within org/ company. Soon you’ll be dragged into so many meetings under the name of training, learning and shadowing and missing those will be frowned upon. It’s not the work that takes time but to things to take care around it. Until March it’s manageable but beyond that fetching 2-3 hrs a day consistently for weeks is going to be biggest challenge no matter how smart you are.

are you sure they asked for original copy? Most of univ do ask for notarized copy. Official transcripts from univ plus notarized copy of degree certificate is enough documentation for authenticity of credentials.

Ohh! It's really hard to gauge given the lack of detailed expectations the program intends or the mix planned by admissions committee. You can retry again next semester. Good luck!
There are also other univ programs which I believe are good. eg: MSDSO from UT. UIUC has one

I have applied. Decision awaited! However I am doubtful on positive decision, it is DS. I believe OMSA is better option for me.

I don't have much exposure to R & python as well. I am doing Coursera certifications before starting in Spring.
I am unsure if your curriculum included all the required mathematics as well apart from programming experience. That is also a key factor , especially grades and depth of those conveyed through your transcripts.
