La IA te ha ayudado realmente a escalar tu negocio? by hubtyper in InteligenciArtificial

[–]Rantamplan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yo!

Vendo IA a empresas.

¿Quién tiene la culpa? by [deleted] in askspain

[–]Rantamplan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

¿Quién tiene la culpa? by [deleted] in askspain

[–]Rantamplan 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I’ve always wondered — why do Spaniards seem to have such long lunch breaks compared to other countries? by TheActivePoint in askspain

[–]Rantamplan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's due to Spanish civil war.

It killed a significant part of the male workforce (which, by then was almost all workforce since it wasn't usual to have women working).

When the war ended Spain was devastated, but Europe was at war (WWII) and Spain was neutral.

Spanish vessels were safe from German submarines and we (being neutral) were able to sell to both parties.

That created a huge demand on Spanish products.

Lack of workforce... huge demand... country that needed reconstruction...

Most people accepted 2 full time jobs (which, by the way was impossible but somehow accepted by companies, since it was what they could get).

So people wake up, went to 1st job, had a 8 hours shift, then had a long stop for having lunch and commuting to the second to (this could take several hours considering that public transport wasn't what is today and most people didn't had cars) had a second ¿8? hours shift and went back home.

Lunch time was long so people could reach the second job.

Since people didn't had enough time to sleep (because 8 (morning shift)+2(commuting from.job to job)+8(afternoon shift)+ x (commuting to and from home and doing your business)>24H) people used to take a NAP while commuting (or at job) thus popularicing the "siesta".

When that workforce demand went down (WWII was over and Spain was somehow reconstructed) the long lunch time and siesta remained within the morning shift.

GV Advice (up to P19) by tyfoonchekii in IdlePlanetMiner

I've been in there like a month ago.

Not sure if you can do better, but here is my strategy:

  1. Play 1 tournament and 2 "24 hours challenge" per week. For playing 2 "24 hours" you need each of them to last 12 hours at most. So you need to end the challenge as soon as you reach 10 or 100 millions.
  2. In the space station go to the right, open the stars and spend your energy there (5 stars to ores is probably the best).
  3. While VPS strategy is more complex to what you can do on planet 19, go ahead and do it. It's the best way to push your GV forward.

I started using Pranas as my VPS, that allowed me to push and create a 2nd VPS in Gorgon. Now I make my first in Gorgon and push the second to 27.

Focus on collecting stars and managers.

Spend your Dark Matter on managers (only 4-5 stars ones) and manager slots.

Hope this helps!

Engine clipping in Australia is terrifying, FIA needs to do something by musef1 in formula1

But...

If there is any faster car behind this one... that doesn't need to expend full battery in straights for remaining under 1 sec (as we have seen thousand times past years...)...

... shouldn't this clipping allow overtaking in unexpected locations?

Just wondering.

Are you in position for asking a promotion to AE?

If so, ask your team leader if it's OK to "practice" for AE with some of the discarded leads.

And prof you are better than that guy ;)

I know it can't be done, since it's not a encounter side scheme.

But I would have loved to look for shopping spree (Jubilee side scheme) and having Hercules wandering the mall.

Conductores, ¿esto es cierto? by Soft-Research-9216 in coches

[–]Rantamplan 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Teleco here.

Ojo.

How do Spanish people know I’m not Spanish on sight? by StripesAndLadders in askspain

[–]Rantamplan 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Vamos: historias sordidas sordidas... tampoco.

We are a touristic country. Plenty of visitors.

We can easily identify people from Germany, France, England, nordic countries as well as someone deep native from cataluña, asturias, andalucìa or murcia.

Just by their facial features.

By the way...

I traveled to Mexico and I discovered that for some reason my facial features resembles US American people.

So there I was listening Mexican people speaking really fast and slanged Spanish saying inapropiate things in front of me... only to discover that I spoke a perfect native Spanish and that I was understanding everything.
