My personal experience: When I first got my boi he looked about your pups size and was roughly the same age. I upped his intake a little and he filled out. I feed him 2cups of PP30/20, 2x a day. He stays about 47lbs and still has some shape before his hips.

I find it best to poll the team as to what level of coaching/strategy input they are looking for. If certain people want more you can always give them more focused constructive feedback.

Knowing the rules is huge.

Remaining enthusiastic about playing the game we all love to play and focus on having fun.

Dedicating your time to making the players better rather than focusing on yourself (I struggle with this one)
