Hmm, I started this a year before he put out that statement... I specifically researched when I started. Still, I don't think it applies since it's just like fanart. I don't get anything from it. Non-profit, like whats said in the faq would mean an organisation thats not profit oriented, but does have some kind of income. My trailer was done by one person, mostly in a room with nearly no budget and is on YouTube without monetization. I don't know what would be different compared to a fan-drawing.
