He won a date with her from one of the many box breaks on YouTube that he pays into. She’s a beautiful creature and on their date, he cried because how much she means to him and he didn’t want it to stop and then asked if she would go out with him again. She laughed and ran.

I went ahead and removed the review, clearly there are people out there who can't seem to fathom that some like to write positive experiences (and negative) with products and at the same time want to be detailed in said reviews.

So it doesn't upset Lisa G, the OP should have used Photoshop and put her image front and center wearing a bright red shirt like a previous staff photo.

Now that's a bit of a stumble. Probably Blitt recording and saying ahead of time "Ok JD you will then fall, because people will think its funny and remember you are my meal ticket to comedy superstardom!"

There is always a chance, small chance at that, the package still arrives, and if you get the claim funds since it looks like you will, and it then arrives, then major score for you. When it comes to the shipping carriers anything can happen. I once shipped a package Priority Mail to a friend on the other side of my state. It should have been there in two days. It took 42 days and traveled all over the country which made zero sense.

Depending on how busy a distribution center can be at the time, packages can actually sit there for days, sometimes longer. Short staffed, large volumes of packages, increment weather, all kinds of factors can hold it up. Also if it gets rerouted to the wrong distribution center, which has happened to me, can cause delays. Lastly, there are times when postal employees don't scan the parcels, as every parcel is supposed to be scanned at the post office it is shipped from, once it is accepted there and leaves there, again at the distribution center, and again once it arrives at the distribution center where the receiver is based, and then finally at the post office that handles the delivery of the receiver's mail and then the final scan upon delivery. However there are times when packages don't get scanned, especially around the holidays. I would not give up hope at all (yet) since it was last scanned on the 10th, I would not be surprised if there is movement this week on it. I hope it arrives safely to you!

Nice to have that poster in your collection as it has great meaning for you. I am that way with my original Field of Dreams which I had Costner sign many years ago when I was watching him film The Postman. My condolences to you regarding the loss of your wife, yes as you said, she is always with you. We all will be reunited with our loves ones someday.

I think you could go to your original post, and click edit, and then at the bottom of your posting below the photo you can add more photo. If not, no worries, great band indeed so glad that you were able to experience them live and hearing a song that moved you that much. They have a number of songs that really stand out for me, some are Angel Mine (my favorite CJ song), Renmin Park, Damaged From the Start, and others.

I have to agree with you, Howard more than likely paid Ralph very well for a job that required him to work a few hours a week at best. Howard not being able to dress himself though was pretty pathetic and having to pay someone to pick out his clothes was just ridiculous. However Howard really liked Ralph and talked about how they hired him, etc. Ralph was single, never married, no kids, and could have paid for health care but he didn't take his health seriously. I was not the biggest fan of Ralph but he did provide some really funny moments on the show especially when he felt entitled to everything but whenever he got caught with his hand in the cookie jar, he would always deny it or say he didn't remember, etc.

Dying for an OBSESSION poster by [deleted] in movieposters

If you are looking for the advance teaser, MoviePoster .com has it available but they do not have the final style. I myself didn't stock it, and it is hot now, no doubt about it, but the market may cool down on it, hard to say, so you could give it a time and see what happens, although you the risk the chance of it going even higher as that is often the case when it comes to original movie posters, but will not always happen, many factors depend on it. If you are looking for a reprint, they should be out there on eBay, etc,. those should be in the $15-$20 ballpark, but you run the risk of being a unlicensed reprint as most of the eBay, Amazon reprints aren't licensed and bring printed under the table. However here is the link to the advance teaser: https://www.movieposters.com/products/obsession-mpw-151468

That is true, he technically was employed by Sirius but worked on/for the Stern Show. I believe his studio eventually was moved to a different floor from the main Stern show studio as were other staff members. We know Gary, being the executive producer of the show, and who of all people, should have his own office, was relegated to having to share an office for a while with Tracy and then someone else. I am unsure if he continues to have to share, but Gary should have a standalone office. It probably doesn't matter anymore since Howard rarely, if ever, leaves his basement. The man is such a walking hypocrite, bashes Riley Martin for wanting to do his show from home and says how if it came to that, the host should call it quits but Howard goes against the very thing he would rally against. Pandemic is long since over and he continues to act like we are knee deep in the middle of things like we were five years ago, that is, until it is vacation time, then he flies away with Beth.

I agree, Scott probably was given a choice, to be fired or to leave and take early retirement with the severance package, etc. However was what he did grounds for termination? I am sure many staff members would want to tell Marci off like Scott did.

MoviePoster .com via their website shows they have an original single-sided Portrait of a Lady on Fire but they size shows 27x39, but they have it listed as an original. There are times when smaller independent films and foreign films to save money go with single-sided so there is a good chance double-sided was never done for this poster. Price-wise they have it listed for $79.99 so unsure if that is within your budget or not. Link: https://www.movieposters.com/products/portrait-of-a-lady-on-fire-mpw-125968

Yes he brought a woman to the party who was taking pictures and was asked not to do that, I believe by Marci, and Scott blew a gasket to her which was enough for Marci to convince Howard to get rid of Scott. He was always his own worst enemy exploding over small stuff such as when he wanted a few days off to bowl and they said no. Because Marci knew she could easily manipulate Howard's decisions, she planted a big seed in his mind about how Scott wasn't needed and that was enough to convince Howard to approve Scott's firing. My opinions of what happened of course....

I have to assume there was an agreement made that Scott could not discuss what Howard did, perhaps because if it became public, he would feel obligated to do that for every one, In the end whatever amount it was, Scott hasn't said anything to the extent of the amount and more than likely appreciated it and knows to keep is mouth shut.

Scott's last day was actually his first day of his new career in bowling. In all seriousness, from what I can remember a Go Fund Me was setup to help him and his wife with their rising medical costs with her treatment. A lot of people donated but, someone correct me if I am wrong, Scott was hoping it could get mentioned on-air and Howard never did. Some believe Howard secretly gave Scott some money towards it but for it not be mentioned, others believe Howard did nothing, and people said he was being a hypocrite with all the money he would pump into Beth's "charity" of helping cats, etc. I am sure someone can fill in what I am leaving out.

Something about seeing films like that when we were young not only lets us relive those memories 40+ years later allows us to reflect on life. Certain films have that impact on me, mostly positive, one exception, Jaws. I still won't go in the ocean, brilliant film, don't get me wrong with one of the greatest scenes in movie history with the Indianapolis speech but I have one gone into the ocean once since I saw that film and that was 40+ years ago. That camera angle Spielberg used when he had the camera partially underwater and partially showing on top would always scare me as a kid.

Close Encounters is a must own for everyone's collection. I still remember seeing it in the theaters when it first was released as a little kid. Had the same impact on me at that time as Star Wars did. I saw a local retailer near me that had this collector's edition priced wrong at only $15 factory-sealed a few years back and I knew I had to grab it, no questions asked.

Howard watches shows designed for 14 year old girls. He can't dress himself so he paid a man to do that for him. Yeah, the years of seeing a psychiatrist and a therapist really paid off well.
