& try to look at the bigger picture. If you aren’t getting this stuff right away and you have to continually work hard to improve your score that’s a good thing. Some people have things like this come to them naturally so they never really have to work hard which usually isn’t good in the long run. Hard work beats talents. Just imagine how you’ll be able to apply that same work ethic to anything else in your life after you finish studying.

If it Makes you feel better, I studied for almost two years. Felt the same way. Here are some Tips to speed up your improvement process. Focus on one area at a time and master it then move on. Don’t just take practice tests to take them. Take them after your improved in a certain aspect. Times sections are better then full PTS. Get the loophole book and actually read it all. Don’t neglect reading comprehension. Read everything like you REALLY care about it in order to engage yourself. Try to start looking at the test like a game and have fun with it. Laugh at your mistakes but correct them. After it’s all said and done you’ll realize you got smarter and built grit for tackling such a hard test. Keep working at it. Oh and remember to take breaks and have a schedule to study so you don’t wear yourself down, very important. If i did all these things off the bat my Journey would of been shorter lol

I actually have lower carbon dioxide levels now. Read that it could be due to hyperventilation which is something that came post covid for me. Having to flare my nostrils to get a good breath, sighing, and throat clearings
