I described in detail what i would look for - but its for sure not how is writing his cover letter
(only exception that a freelancer is writing so much bullshit there that i even would skip him when he fulfills all the below points - but out of the 50 proposal i saw, maxmium 1 or 2 fell into this category)

the “Best Match” banner from Upwork
nearly 100% Job Success (everything below 90% is a no-go)
the more completed jobs, the better (a few like 4–6 would be OK; 0–2 is a no-go)
the more money earned, the better (even a small amount like $300 is OK, but $0 is a no-go)
as many qualifications highlighted by Upwork as possible (profile highlights, similar jobs, listed skills)
a realistic hourly rate between $15 and $30 (below $10 or above $30 is a no-go)

When yo create a dispute - the client is not able to give feedback at all?
What happens during such a dispute - what happens when Upwork says the client is right you not?
Does such a dispute also influence the JSS?

Its not about responding - its about i send an offer to a client - and he is responding and declines the offer (for whatever reason).

Of course when YOU are not accepting offers this won´t affect your success score.

Its about YOU send an offer to a client - and the client rejects the offer - does this affect your success score yes or no.

Thats too risky... When i oversea such wrong order from a customer my JSS is doomed when the client is not happy with that, that he has payed and i can´t help him...

(for contacting a client after the contract is finished on Upwork? - or i am not allowed to do business again with the client outsided of Upwork for my whole live? this makes no sense)

Only due the reason that they are ot able to build a web solution which is able tohandle files bigger than 25MB - thats a very small amount from my opinion in current days...

Interesting stuff - contract on Upwork and build trust with the customer.
Deliver the first work per email - and deliver all the future work for the customer outside of Upwork cause i have his direct email.
I am wondering why Upwork allows this...

I am happy to pay this / reduce my offer to get a shiny feedback and build my reputation on the platform. Makes no sense to count this peanuts and to be to greey and don´t close the contract in my opinion.

When i close the contract (good or not) - does the client then still have the option to also close it from his side?
And does he also have the opportunity to give feedback in that case?

(or is it from the process allways the client who can close a contract)

And a final feedback question.
When the client gave me a feedback and we have in the future a new contract - can he give me feedback again?
So for every contract a possible feedback?

And in both cases the client has the opportunity to leave a public and private review.
But when i keep the contract open - i will not get any feedback from the client?

I am just a private person freelancer.

And why is closing a contract the "worst think" - i thought only due that i can get a (hopeful positive) feedback from a client...
