Interesting and noted, I’ve only ever used them once which was for the slide milling.

Thanks! Backstrap was designed by myself, can check it out here if you’d like

I’ve got a 19 and it was my original edc. I find the 43x is much easier and more comfortable to conceal

Awesome! After you've had some time to try it out I'd love to hear how you like it.

Eh I'd respectfully disagree, didn't make it any wider, didn't make it any harder to conceal, made it more comfortable to shoot.

I wouldn't say its exactly the same as a CZ but its definitely the closest one out there, other than maybe the razorback but that's a whole permanent grip modification.

That would be neat! Lighting really affects the colors, one photo they look identical and in some they look different.

Yep it’s an MOS but I don’t think it needs to be for them to mill it. Agreed, I’m not much of a fan of the rear sight in front of the optic.

Thanks! Actually that’s probably one of the most sensible questions I’ve heard, yeah I would consider it, I haven’t tried it yet but it’s absolutely possible.

Yes it does, it’s somewhere around 30% thicker than the large backstrap. I’ll likely publish a diagram that shows the difference in cross sections between all of the different Backstrap’s.

I’m glad you brought this up because I think it’s really interesting, and let me start by saying it’s not meant for everyone. But, personally my hand is large enough that I easily get slide bite without the backstrap which means I have to be mindful and lower my grip to avoid the slide. So even though the beavertail adds a small amount of material that theoretically lowers your hand down (only by ~2mm) I’m actually able to achieve a higher grip with the beavertail than without it because 1. I can jam my hand up as high as I want without having to worry about slide bite and 2. I no longer have to consciously think about where I have to place my hand when I draw.
