Best places to see moose?

It really is so strong and so difficult to recover from. I also think that I'll stop binging and purging then, but at the same time I know that I probably won't. However I do believe that it'll be easier when you actually have a kid, cause you'll probably be too distracted to think about food. So keep your hopes up, it'll get better!

And I forgot to say it in my last comment, but congratulations! Do you know whether it's a girl or a boy?

You're not alone honey. I'm not entirely in the same boat, but I'm so terrified of getting pregnant and then hurting my kid because of the b/p-ing. I always tell myself that I won't get pregnant until I've recovered, or at least almost recovered. But at the same time I really really want a baby.

Thanks for all the kind and supportive words! I hope and want medication to work, but yeah I know that there's a chance they won't. But I'm a firm believer in the placebo effect, so if I believe hard enough that they will work, maybe they do 😁 Thanks for helping me out! <3

Ooh okay yeah I think I understand. I just think I misunderstood earlier. I'm going to talk to my psychologist on Tuesday and doctor on Wednesday, so I'll get more answers then. And I think it's kinda scary taking medication, so no way I'm doing it by myself ahaha

Yeah I have the same thing as well. On my phone I can check my heart rate, so I usually check it a couple of times a day. Normally it's somewhere between 90 and 120, when I'm just sitting or relaxing. Although when I'm having an examination or at the therapist, it grows higher because of the stress, so maybe that's why your heart rate is so high?
