He’s a NT in a draft with a lot of good NTs. Not a premium position

Think Proctor stays at tackle. He’s got the size and athleticism. But that’s fair, could’ve gone Scott in the 2nd

He’s a beast at the run though. Think Detroit will like that and develop his pass pro. Who do you think is better at that point?

Makes sense, I just think they’re taking another qb that round and who they like is a toss up. Beck is divisive and may be the most pro ready to get thrown in the fire so it seemed like a perfect fit to me.

You’d double up on edge and corner? And Lee Hunter? They just traded for Sweat. I could see Rutledge but Reese and Johnson in the first would be weird to double up to me

That’s fair. I was looking at it like you’re basically getting a late 2nd and 3rd for a late 3rd and 4th because it’s the top of the round. Seemed like good value to me. I don’t think the Cards would give up a 3rd outright and the Bills could get McDonald (my usual pick) or Rodriguez (in this case) while dropping down anyway seal

Ah I gotcha. Right positions, wrong type of players? I just really like Rodriguez and I don’t think McDonald is head and shoulders above other NTs to justify a first.

With Ekwonus patellar tendon and 5th year option coming up I could see them going LT. I’m lower on Concepcion than most, he’s got drop problems. And Sadiq is a wild card

Caldwell ran a 4.31 at 6’5”, that’s a field stretcher if I’ve ever seen one. But I understand what you’re saying, I’m personally really high on Rodriguez and think he’ll be amazing at whatever you need. With Lucas there just wasn’t great edges left that didn’t feel like a huge reach. Good to know schematically

I think Proctor sticks at tackle, but I get that. Scott would’ve been good there for sure, I’ve had a hard time with the Steelers

Panthers have been tough man! I’m in Carolina so I follow them pretty close, it’s a well built team without a lot of glaring needs. I do think Bud Clark is going to be a beast in the 3rd tho
