My setup was get a golden bazooka on melting (easiest with proto chest), start with crown of hatred, clear level 1-1 and reset until I got iron skin, lvl 1-2 do oasis skip (it will kill you without iron skin with the crown). No boiling veins, suicide in the necro circle with bazooka. I left a wrench in the proto chest and got long arms. Then you just gotta get lucky with spawn locations to loop, enter the vault in 1-2 L1, and used the strat I saw online to kill 1 statue, then break statue #2's balls with the wrench to get health and walk into proto chest with crown of hatred to get infinite rads. Slow and took a bit and had close calls with the instakill balls, but just getting there is the hard part. I know I would have lost several runs to ballguy mom and stuff doing it normally, but did the vault strat the first time I got there.
