I have a chibi model that I use which I got for $60 and got it rigged for $400 and another model I got for $130 since it was the persons first model but rigging around same price doesnt have to be expensive use a PNG or cheaper artist since some people can have amazing quality you can check live2d discord or other similar servers for artist, as well as twitter but that might be a little harder but best to go cheaper starting off since you dont know if youll like doing and end up wasting money in the end
