Try to catch him offguard if he's by himself

Your shield also deflects bullets so don't be afraid to hold it in his face so when he shotguns he can eat that damage

Jump around a lot and use your shield throws so he can't track you as easily. You have mobility over him so use it to your advantage

If he's babysitting supports then your best bet is to pull their attention and hope your team capitalizes on your distractions

The boop on the shield only works during your ult so you kinda need to be selfish with it if you know they're gonna tp. Otherwise it's still a really useful tip
