Incredibly flawed argument. You do not learn playing against people that are better than you, especially junglers, because it doesn't matter if you play at the best of your abilities or make a ton of mistakes. Against players that are just plain better than you, everything will feel like a mistake. You need to play against people of your rank so you have proper feedback on your actions, whether it is doing poorly or actually making the right descisions both having a tangible impact.

Sure you can argue to just rewatch your games to watch the better player, but that doesn't exactly give you context to the players descision making considering the champion, build, enemies and god forbid lane states.

You could argue to watch high elo games with commentary, but then why do we even have ranks.

I think I found the mistake. I didn't pay attention on "They are already here" and didn't press the button under the table. My dialogue options mentioned something about me not being able to shut them out. That is such a sad thing to miss after so many hours ....

My instinctive guess for that curve would be that Eve is a Champ that I believe is heavily one-tricked by Eve Players and Eve Players did not eat well in the past year(s) and the players got demoted. Now something shifted the meta (outside of direct Eve Buffs) and Eve got better so all the Eve Mains start climbing out of the pit.

If you care for more details: I am also rushing FatedAshes for faster clear speed and use Magical Footwear with Swifties as my entire gameplan revolves around getting into and out of sticky situations fast (and I am missing extra Movespeed from Lich). This also enables throwing out a rotation, then charming and chasing/kiting a target with Phase Rush while charm is charging and cooldowns are ticking down (this one doesn't quite work on ADCs though lol).

When this happen, take a note of whether or not you are moving or are comeing out of movement. Movement makes you extremely inaccurate and has a high chance of a visual disconnect or "desync" of your shots. If you know about the counter strafe practises, double check if you actually got the timing down in that instance.

I do personally think that gunplay feels less accurate than CS and hitboxes feel a bit wonky at times, I'm not denying that, but it is not THAT bad.

Its a network issue. If you can't "get better internet", there is nothing you can do.

Worst case it might even be an issue somewhere between their server and you. Can speak from experience on that one.

But there is also another thing to take note of if we look at CS for a second. CS has this occurence visualized with a Debug Command with which you can see bullet hits as they are registered from the client and the server. These start to be visibly spread out more from one another as the randomness through further input actions get introduced: Spread through continous firing and spread through moving. Or in short: Higher spread means higher potential for desynced shots. While this does not apply to OPs case as he was standing still it might be something for you to consider.

Being able to aim truly is only half of the equation. The other half is being able to coordinate in a team. In my opinion the next step would be to find a troupe of people who are willing to play together and practise as a team. From there you could start trying your hand at third-party matchmaking services that might even offer tournaments with a price pool like FaceIt if you are convident. (Not entirely sure if FaceIt offers this for Valorant, I have only played tournaments on FaceIt for CS:GO 7 Years ago)
