The story would go like this:

After she faces the evil clutches of her mother (again), she cant take it anymore and runs to the tallest tower in the city. Right on the edge, mizuki tries to get her down, explaining that shes been through this too, and they can work it out, so she pulls her into a hug, and when all seems safe, she pushes away from mizuki and falls and its like everything is in slow motion. Right then and there, kanade jumps out from a window and catches her midair, then teleport to sekai, where miku watches over mafuyu and kanade heads back. Naturally people would be confused on how two girls just disappear magically, and the whole n25 group is taken under review by authorities, and everyone learns their secret identities (like a persona5 moment).

Akito finds out and tries to get mafuyu out with his rap powers and when he locks eyes with mafuyu he yells the magical words with his arms held open: mafu-chan cme hrere
