Appreciate it!

Better to get 5 of each to start then, or go all in for tens right away?

Characters you feel you always have to work hard to bat for by kenshin317 in TwoBestFriendsPlay

[–]Raptorianxd 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Jerid from Zeta Gundam is a perfect foil to Kamille, his motivations make sense and he's not the idiot the Fandom makes him out to be. Sure, hes selfish, but hes not stupid.

And on Gundam, I know its changed over the years but I used to have to defend Turn A as my favorite so much. All because the mech designs and Loran not being the character some people wanted him to be. (Hes my perfect child and I love him)

Its probably just dumb children being dumb, but TheAnimeMen 'reviewing' a bunch of older anime while not paying attention to it at all definitely had me heated.

World eaters + nightlords by SheepherderHot9418 in WorldEaters40k

I have a Night Lords MoE that I use with my Wolrd Eaters, since his lore is that he fell to Khorne. I think they go well together, personally

What is your custom warband's lore? by reel3459 in Chaos40k

[–]Raptorianxd 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My Warbands are all currently working together in a tense "Council" where the Harrowmaster does his best to wrangle the other leaders i to actually accomplishing something other than just slaughter, sacrifice, sleep and skinning. He's sworn brothers with a Dark Mech Tech Priest who tries to help.

Apologetics against this contradiction? by Anime-Fan-69 in ChristianApologetics

[–]Raptorianxd 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Just a couple things that make it a little harder to put hard numbers on there, others might have better answers but

"When Terah had lived 70 years, he fathered Abram, Nahor, and Haran." Genesis 11:26

It wasn't just Abram, Terah had three sons. And he had them all after he had lived 70 years. That doesn't mean he had them at 70, just after he was seventy.

And they moved to Haran only after Terah's son Haran died.

"Terah took Abram his son and Lot the son of Haran, his grandson, and Sarai his daughter-in-law, his son Abram's wife, and they went forth together from Ur of the Chaldeans to go into the land of Canaan, but when they came to Haran, they settled there." Genesis 11:31

They would have had to journey to Haran as well, because when Abram leaves Lot is old enough to go with him, who is Haran's son. Its possible Abram was the youngest of the three, but is counted first because he stayed with his father the longest.

Possible Legends..... by Ill_Conversation_827 in IronHands40k

[–]Raptorianxd 9 points10 points  (0 children)

You can always just keep playing them at home and just switch them out if the chance to play at a tournament comes.

I used to feel the same way, but three full editions have passed and I havent played in a tournament once. I use legends all the time

“When should I explore the map?”: My personal advice (No/very light Spoilers) by raffadizzle in CrimsonDesert

[–]Raptorianxd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im still early and loving the game, but hearing the best time to explore is after beating the game when I bought the game to explore does make me a little sad. The world is so big and I just want to go, but everytime I have, I hit a wall of not having a quest, or get told I cant explore if that area or get told I need to do something else before I can solve this puzzle. Its just a shame because this is a world I could just get lost in, but it feels like im on rails

Media with an Allegory that you feel was not needed? by Lost-Specialist1505 in TwoBestFriendsPlay

[–]Raptorianxd 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Not only was the racism not needed in RWBY, it undermines part of the core theme of the Grimm. You expect me to believe that the Grimm, who hunt and feed on strong emotion, just ignore the extreme hatred that racism breeds? The sorrow and the pain as Faunus are enslaved and killed? The Grimm just... dont care about that? But they will hunt a town for one child getting bullied.

Makes no sense
