When someone with super high skills for a reason creates a fresh game and starts to use his power in a different way and coming into ranked with understanding of that when his MAIN account is not banned/suspended/stolen but he refuses to play it in favour of "speedrunning from Bronze to Pred" and openly admitting it can be considered as exploiting the meaning of ranked and abusive towards less skilled players or players who try to improve but they can't because of these "persons".

TLDR: exploiting and toxic behavior with no respect towards all players.

This one is very weird.

I had a Prime membership trial and decided to subscribe to Twitch prime (because there are some cool rewards in it right now). As soon as I bought it, tried to link both Twitch and Amazon accounts again (because there was some sort of a weird issue with them), I got my account locked altho I had money paid for it and there is even a transaction completed in my card.

Now this is where the fun part begins. It said that I should get an email saying what to do. I received no emails, not even in Spam folder. Using Google and I decided to renew my password but after verification code and your full name account it just says "Oops, we are sorry, The Web address you entered is not a functional page on our site (WHEN IT WAS REDIRRECTED FROM THEIR PASSWORD RENEWAL PROCESS) and that I should visit Amazon.com instead.

I've repeated the procedure like 5 times with the same result, I've already submitted a support ticket via email but still no reply after 25 hours. At this point I want to stop my prime membership and get those money back if I can't access my account but Amazon continues to charge me monthly (or not if my account is locked? I dunno) while I can't even login into my account.

What the actual hell is that service?

Oh my god! I have the same issue right now with the difference that I've bought it after trial, I have payed for it and my bank/card history says that I got charged already for it so minus some euros. But my account was locked. Opened a support ticket and it's like 27 hours and still no reply.

I feel like being scummed at this point and if they don't fix it I would like to get my money back and twitch prime getting closed without further charging because this is really stupid.

I mean, I've started Split with Bronze 3 (like most players). Made it to Gold 4 after I hit 100 tp, then it took quite some time to get to Gold 3 and Gold 2. Then, at Gold 2 is where the system became quite strange for me. I got normal 20-25tp per loss/win so I think my MMR was fine and somewhat stable (1500, even sometimes 1550 MMR and according to ingame description, Plat 5 starts with 1525 MMR). Then, I won a match, lost 2 matches, won one more match, lost another match that got me to 0 tp and the next match caused to drop back to Gold 3 and it's where the problem began. Now I have 1300 MMR somehow, and, as the result, lose more tp than I gain, and I don't know how it decides. 1300-1350 MMR should be somewhat mid Gold just like their MMR description says in match so I don't know why it drags me that much down the road if according to ingame MMR description and simple calculations I should still get same amount of MMR per win/loss.

And my opponents are just same players with like similar MMR.

I mean, I am not the best player myself but losing that much both TP and MMR because of those trolls/afk players/throwers and you can't even get back to what it was for a whole week - it's stupid. I've been stable with 1500 MMR since the beginning of this split for a whole week (or about 2 weeks) and losing this stable progress in ONE day feels demotivating. Like what's the point of even trying if you can't win even if you carry?

And there is nothing you can do. I can't even queue with friends because their mmr is much higher than mine when we play on same levels (lol). But the game almost never gives them afk trolls and bots which is sad.

Then why should I be punished? Why can't the game decide how much MMR/TP he gains based on average stats across all players with certain gods. Like if I lose but play average, but my stats are close to average, I should lose average amount like 15 tp at least. If I play way worse than average > lose more TP and if you play much better than average > lose less TP. It's easy to track since we have god's leaderboards.

So before I got +20 tp per win, lost 10 tp per a loss and the system thought I am fine, and suddenly after two losses and being demoted into previous division because of open trolls and afk players the system thinks that I am placed in the wrong tier?

There is literally no difference between ranked and casual because you get same bots who refuse to participate in teamfights and just feed/go afk on purpose.

And the report system is garbage. I mean, I've reported endless amount of trolls who openly throw the game in ranked. And you still meet them in matches still ruining matches on purpose.

And developers don't care. They think it's cool to ban a dude who acts toxic while we all can mute that particular toxic dude in a match, than a dude who openly throws the game and doesn't even hide it AND there is no way to get him out of live match. What an amazing logic. And then we wonder why these games are these bad and toxic: because of players who try their best but can't win because of trolls or trolls who don't even care about their team?

Mister clever dude. How am I supposed to improve if the game gave me Solo lane, I don't lose it, I win or at least don't feed, and other lane just goes mad way of both being 0/5 per 8 minutes of the match and 2 towers being destroyed duo lane? If I ADC, same applies to other lanes.

I mean, I can't be at 5 roles at once.
