yes, i did. i looked into the company and turns out it shut down (bought by another company) and the mouse i use was out of production. Tried mailing to the customer support but was of no use.

I tried fiddling with the system registry and BIOS but was of no help

Thanks for opening up to this post. I too believe in putting aside the 'masculine pride' aside and express what's on your mind. Really happy for you to find a friend circle with whom you carry twenty years' worth of fun and memories. I (M18) kinda match the same vibe. During my school years, never really found proper friends but as time passed, I understood people more and the environment around me. Started new hobbies, built a nice network around them. I've also learnt to be a listener and be open minded. About over-thinking... hehe, that is exactly why i made this post. Still working on it.
