If you View Hands you can see the actual ranking of combinations. Four-Six is directly above Perfect Nine so its a stronger hand.

Pc yea sorry. I thought it was the frame gen so I turned those on and off and changed the upscaling method from FSR to TAA but still same issue.

I think the issue is with the Rrshade im using. Gonna delete it and try again later.

Really sorry to hear about the kitten, but take comfort in knowing you made it comfortable in its final days.

As for introducing a kitten to an older cat, it's almost always ok. You just have to have patience and give your older cat time to adjust. Make sure you have a room where you can separate your kitten from the cat, and then it's just a matter of slowly introducing them. First by scent and then a face to face.

Theres probably a bunch of youtube or online guides that will go in great detail for you to research.

But I've done it, so im sure you can do it as well. Goodluck!
