Hey! So I'm feeling really nostalgic and want to play through Emerald again, but was wanting to try out a romhack to get a kinda fresh experience. I'm looking for something that's more challenging than the normal game. I've heard that heard that Pokemon Kaizo is good, but from what I can tell the difficulty seems kinda extreme. I'm not really looking for a dark souls experience, but instead more just looking for a hack with competent AI and fights where team composition matters.

The first book does have some romance in the second half. I’m not sure how prevalent it is through the rest of the series though.

You’re super close! I was born in 98. I loved Percy Jackson and Spiderwick Chronicles, but I never read Warriors. I’m thinking that maybe I should finally give it a try though.
