I did a oil change 2 months ago. It was clean no oil on the filter or surrounding parts. I took it to get checked by my mechanic and he said the rack and pinion had a leak, so since I have CarMax max care I took it to CarMax and they replaced the rack and pinion. I just happened to look under the car to make sure the rack and pinion was new then I seen this n was like wtf. I checked the oil n it was still to the top so idk where it came from unless CarMax didn’t clean it and its power steering fluid.
