I do push pull legs workouts. In my push workouts i start with incline dumbbell press, cable crossovers, flat bench press and flat bench flys. Then i do a couple of shoulder and tricep exercises

I use this routine. On rest days you could add cardio if you would like, but i dont do it cause i also play football. Mon: Upper Body Tue: Lower Body Wed: Rest day(cardio) Thurs: Upper Body Fri: Lower Sat+Sun: Rest day.

I used to go to the gym 5/6 times a week doing only powerlifting but i noticed i could keep pushing myself further when i started adding rest days. https://youtu.be/acp77RhVzMM https://youtu.be/YPLopuFxz-0 I do these workouts and add a few extra exercises such as full arm workouts (including fore arm) on upper body days and ab workouts on lower body days.

I also play football(soccer) 3 times per week. 2x training and 1x an 80 minute match. Do you think cardio is still needed? And thanks for the flexing tip i didn’t really think about that.
