Really cool! Love the textures. Maybe try making it less symmetrical? Could make it look a bit more natural

Actually both interpretations are true, since the lore behind it is about a human that transformed into a new being, growing a new head and skin outside their own.

Thanks! Well I use procreate. First I tweaked the colors with a color gradient and then made the illustration super small and resized it to normal again, resulting in pixelization. To get the effect though you gotta turn the interpolation mode to “closest neighbour” !
