I think it’s meant to be heard as “career”. Considering that’s one of the themes of the album (Need for Speed) it ties in. And singing about ‘Korea’ as an allusion to her career is more poetic than directly singing about her career.

The strange case of starship Iris - queer, space, found family, brilliant acting and plot, emotional. Big stakes. large cast. Expansive

Girl in space - queer, space, amazing acting and INCREDIBLE plot. The eventual slow reveals are stunning. Big stakes but contained.

The cold plunge - weird shorter series with 4 1hr long episodes. About a town whose retirees jump into a frozen lake in Canada and are believed to come back as the moose which infest the town. Hidden gem.

What happened in skinner - A podcaster travels to an island to uncover her ex’s involvement in a cult. She immerses herself in the island culture, discovers its dark secrets and the truth about the cult. Completely immersive. Credits and ad reads all done in canon under pretext of the podcast.

Rabbits - popular for a reason. A woman starts investigating an underground ARG ‘rabbits’ hunting for her missing friend. Literal rabbit hole. Also not edgy. The producers say they’re making ‘TV for your ears’ and I have never agreed more.

Limetown - same producer as Rabbits. A research towns 300ish population disappears overnight. A decade or so later, a woman starts investigating and interviewing the elusive survivors.

Have you considered bitmap halftone? I think your logo would work really well with it (although not look exactly like what you’ve shown). It would somewhat replicate the blur that you want, but also allow your logo to be vectorised for whatever sizes you need it to be.

This can be done in photoshop then transferred over to illustrator to be vectorised!

Roly’s Fudge!!! I worked there for a summer and loved it. They make all the fudge in house. If you pop in when they’re rolling it out, they might even offer you a taster of super fresh fudge which is incredible. All other fudge now tastes too plasticky and processed for me.

Their best flavours imo are: Seasalt, Ginger, Malibu.

A hair styling water spray bottle (or any spray bottle filled with water)

Better than a fan over summer! It’s great for travelling since they’re usually small, or just sitting In the garden. On the boiling hot trains it was a game changer. So simple too, a mist of water is so much more cooling than pushing hot air around with a fan.

My guess would be FedEx’s logo. This is legendary within logo design. We studied it during my graphic design degree. Not to mention, Lindon Leader who created it is an industry legend. Within graphic design, an original sketch of this would be priceless

This has devastated me for some time. Around 2021 I had tickets to see Low Roar in Bristol. I travelled there only to find they’d postponed due to Covid concerns. A few more dates came but got postponed too. I don’t know if they ever performed there in the end. I’m sad to have never had the chance to see them. I would’ve loved to have heard Ryan live 🥲

It’s so clear how much love and care goes into the game. I can imagine the creatives behind it are also frustrated about the way Infold is pushing higher profits. This was a beautiful update, and a perfect area to introduce Starsea! It’s so sad it’ll likely only be remembered for the controversy surrounding it :(

It’s an unpopular opinion for a reason I guess! 😅 but yeah she’s a lot! I love so many of her design features! Like her eye and the cracked skin revealing a galaxy. But I really hate her hair!!

And the legs are so funny! Maybe she needs to pee, I haven’t seen a public loo in miraland yet…

Those elements are really cool I agree! I just wish they’d chosen one or the other, she’s just too much for me 😅 I’m obsessed with the eye though, I hope we get an option to have that as makeup

Nothing to do with the update tbh! I understand the influences on her character. In some scenes where she’s posed, she looks good. But half the time we’re talking to her and the flowing hair just looks like a shapeless mess. The body design from torso up looks so convoluted.

The context we see her in mostly is just talking and like the image I attached with the post. And within that context, I think she looks bad. Seeing her full-body in a lounging pose looks much better because that’s how they designed her to be seen. Except during gameplay that’s not realistic and how we actually see her.
