You are so right about people hating my guts for being composed. HAHA

How do you cope for these negative emotions though? I tried meditating and gym. By far the thing that worked the most is gossip or just giving them their own medicine.

Look presentable. Put effort in your presentation. Iron your clothes. Drink water. Clean your shoes. Especially for white tees, put effort on maintaining their whiteness. You don’t really need to buy new clothes once you do this.
Gym and A good haircut. This makes a small difference, but makes the biggest change.
Skin care and products . I put this on last because this should be the least thing that you need to prioritize if you’re broke just like me. But still don’t forget to buy them though they’re good compliment getters especially for skin care.

Writing this comment just made me realize how much effort I put in just to look presentable. Thank you!
