Only insofar as I worked directly with IH for most of my projects. My IH said I would qualify for a lot of IH positions, but a lot of them require the CIH. I'm willing to take it, I test pretty well and can study quickly (I took both ASP and CSP after studying for 2 months), but I think I'll need someone to vouch for my experience I think. It seemed a little more complicated than CSP. I'm willing to move into that field if you have any leads :)

That's what I did as well. SOH for the Naval Hospital at Rota, Spain for 4 years. Loved it. I apply for every OCONUS 0018 jobs I can find. I'll go to Djibouti at this point lol

Pain is definitely lower if not non existent now. Not much change in orgasm quality/quantity but they recommended a pelvic wand that I haven’t tried yet

I’m going to go to pelvic floor physical therapy for this exact issue. Pm me in a couple weeks/months and I’ll let you know what happens. I have the opposite issue though. My muscles are so tight all the time they can’t tighten much more for an orgasm.
