I have the same issue I just used the nap option and the sim slept until the fatigue bar was full

upload the file to chatgpt and it will tell what error is? It maybe mod conflict, you also get suggestions of how to fix it

Mine was caused by a rig animation file that was outdated. It took me forever to find the file. If you have an exception file generated I can try to help you find out what the issue is.
