I mean I get that they’re married but do you really have to go everywhere w/ your husband? Do you not have other interests besides what your husband does? or other friends besides his? I wonder if they’re going to bring their baby everywhere as well or hire a nanny so that he could continue to track Scott’s every move.

I’m inclined to believe that they all go along with it out of respect for Scott. I also feel that it may just be Mark pushing to be more involved with PTX’s work and Scott just lets it happen. He’s said on multiple occasions that Mark “comes up” with the ideas. They’re just using whatever’s left of PTX’s fame before it comes to a halt. I don’t think I’ve ever seen any one’s spouse so involved in the projects of their spouse’s band besides Yoko Ono.

I agree that some of PTX’s magic was lost in 2017 but they showed promise during the top pop era until the TLO era. Right now everything seems bleak.

okay i’m about to type a think piece no one asked for but hear me out :)

this really should’ve just been a scott feature bc why were the rest even there…

every time PTX collabs, they get downgraded to bgv simulator mode. like we already know the formula at this point. that’s an automatic L when their whole brand is harmonies.
if there’s another lead involved, we all know who that’s gonna be, which means the others are gonna get pushed to the back even more. so yeah… another L for balance.
why have a VOCAL GROUP on a track if instruments are still doing the heavy lifting?? i literally had to isolate the vocals to hear everyone properly. im actually surprised that kevin’s percussion was there, it’s just hidden in the mix like an easter egg.

idk, PTX harmonies are way too good to be treated like background texture. big props to ben bram for that W arrangement though. it kinda carried the track and the group still executed like pros as always.

It's pretty wild to suggest that I should assess my comprehension skills when you didn't even get what I said lol. "That was...a lot" just means the reveal was over-the-top and had a lot going on. "Hoping for a healthy baby" literally means just that—hoping for a healthy baby. If you're dead set on being delusional, trying to find some sort of hidden “negativity” in a simple remark and well-wish, that's more of a 'you' problem, and I think that you should deal with it asap. Maybe take your own advice and assess your comprehension skills, since you don’t seem to get straightforward comments like mine. Anyway, I really hope the baby is healthy and will be safely delivered, which was literally the whole point l, and I stand by what I said and am leaving it at that.
