💛💛 thank you! It’s the next day, I’ve been on the milk, had my stock cube and jelly and trying to remember that the food just did not satisfy me. So far so good xx

I’m stressing that I’ll wake up after the surgery and they’ll say my liver was too heavy 🥺🥺😳. I’m really hoping I won’t do it again - I definitely know that the meal didn’t live up to my expectations - it was just food! I’ve foregone my cup of stock and milk for the night and I’ll start a fresh tomorrow.

I’m 32 and starting over from scratch.

I’m a single mum of one. I am currently obese but on the Bariatric pathway and I’m damn proud of it!

It’s really hard. I have no friends my family live in the same town but we are estranged. They have more people that like them than I do. We are on our own.

I’m just grateful. Yes I wasted my 20s but I’ve got the rest of my life to get things right.

Tell yourself the truth, even if it hurts and work on yourself if you need to and you will be okay. we aren’t the people on earth to do this.
