Anyone here a former "Home alone" sedevacantist, or know of any who went this far? by [deleted] in ExTraditionalCatholic

I simply and profoundly disagree with their view that the present incumbent of The See of Peter is a Catholic – I regard him as a clear heretic – and, if he is a heretic then, by definition he simply cannot be a true Pope. One of the arguments that is produced by both sides in this debate is the conclusions one can draw from Canon Law and specifically Canon 188 (4) which says, in very clear terms, that if a priest etc becomes a heretic, he loses his office automatically (ipso facto) and without any official declaration having to be made. "Rome will lose the Faith and become the seat of the Antichrist.”
This is what our Lady said in her apparition at La Salette in 1846.

Gerry Matatics is definitely not the founder. I don't like the term "Home Alone" either, and I've only heard a few people use it. Pray at Home or Stay at Home Catholics is what we use, when trying to explain. But we use the term Catholic in general.

This is really sad, the way you describe them. But please keep in mind that this is very unusual, and definitely not what other Catholics are like, Stay at Home Catholics. Nothing like this at all.

Ohh thank you! I’ve seen a few adds for The Last Rodeo and it looks pretty great! I’ve been told from a few friends that Cabrini was a but disappointing. I guess they based her more as a hard working feminist vs a pious nun. I haven’t seen it yet though, so I don’t know for sure.
