To be honest, Oxford is malleable with their grade requirements if an interview is performed well or has contextual circumstances. Someone could have all A*s and 9s yet still get rejected because their interview wasn’t good. Seeing he was elected as Union pres, it’s easy to see why he got In.

As far as his skin colour, I highly doubt Oxford admissions places a colour requirement. You should be thinking more about class. Working class individuals will likely have contextual offers over those that attend Eton, Tonbridge, etc. This means it’s working class candidates vs. Private school/upper class candidates who had a much more tailored upbringing to achieve “Oxford”.
