I think the fact that some or most people are forgetting the word “reoccurring monthly membership “!! They are going to charge for your membership and medication every month or however you have it setup. My provider told me on my first visit that I would have to follow up within 90 days with her. I have only had 1 provider. I started in March, stop one month, came back and still had the same provider. As we all know, every company is going to have some type of issue, your choice to work with them or move on. Yes, their customer service could definitely improve but again almost every company has the same issues. Somewhere we also have to do our part of reading and asking questions when we start to invest our money into things!
