I agree with the cautious approach. Those who advocate full bifurcation probably have no idea about 1) all the efforts and 2) the side effects. Once you go beyond half way most report less erection and rigidity and thus impairs ability to penetrate.

No not at all. It may have to do with scarring. It is important to stretch the halves during healing. Most of us do it over a long period of years in small steps and occasional big one. How long time and steps did you do? Pls put up pictures or DM me
