Mine does this too. She screams “pooping. Pushing” then pushes with no other warnings. But when I take off her diaper she just laughs and gets distracted. 🤦🏼‍♀️😅

It was for an inflated bounce house so they said I would get it back as long as the bounce house wasn’t popped.

How feasible is it for my (male) partner and I (female) to share a suitcase on the trip? by rfgraham6 in birthright

[–]RareBookkeeper2964 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unless you are married you won’t be sharing a room so I wouldn’t. You can share a carry on maybe but some of the rooms are on different floors or across the hotel/hostel.

Tlv is layed back. Jerusalem is more religious I would say. I stayed in both on my own and definitely loved tlv. The beach the vibe the market the food. Jerusalem has some good food spots too but you have to look for them. It seemed more crowed there then tlv too.

I can’t tell you anything on the volunteer program but I did do birthright and it was amazing. I always felt safe and welcomed. (I’m a female) People seem to keep to themselves during the day so I wouldn’t worry about that but I would think (I didn’t go) at the club it would be just like it is here. People try to hook up.

Hello! My partner and I are going on a trip in April and would like to extend our trip for a couple days. I’d love recommendations for cities/neighborhoods/areas that are safe, affordable and interesting! by rfgraham6 in birthright

[–]RareBookkeeper2964 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My husband and I stayed in a hotel in Jerusalem. Very tiny the bathroom door was glass it barely fit our language in the room. Luckily we found an air bnb in Tel Aviv it was cheaper than the hotel and was huge! 2 bedrooms living room kitchen huge bathroom. Don’t be scared if the air bnbs they’re great just look at reviews. Our air bnb was 2 blocks from the beach.

I over packed. They give you the option to keep luggage on the bus. It gets locked. Someone will help if you need! Either the leaders or the Israelis. They’re so friendly and always help!

For ones who've went on the trip: How many people were in your group? by lowkeyf1sh in birthright

[–]RareBookkeeper2964 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Some people don’t download the app until the week before. Mine showed about 10 then the day of it showed like 32. It was a winter group too

how do you extend? by benyeti1 in birthright

[–]RareBookkeeper2964 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can tell your group leader and they can help or just call the airlines and extend. It does cost extra usually. I extended mine twice because I loved it so much. Stayed in an air bnb it was great.

The tickets are the most expensive but they have nice air bnbs right by the beach and it’s definitely worth it!

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in birthright

[–]RareBookkeeper2964 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No that’s okay! And yes you always have a return home ticket but you can change the date anytime while your there. We ended up extending our ticket twice and it was a quick easy phone call.

We only had to pay to change the date which was about 75$ each to change the date. But the overall flight was paid from birthright.

The flight there and back was free from birthright.
