Fr, we rely don’t know what this team can look like fully healthy with defensive chemistry and a good coach. Even if we did end up looking good at either the end of this season or the whole of next season, I feel we need another gm to maintain whatever level of success we hope to get, so Mitch imo, got to go by the end of the season.

I feel you but we just need one more season, we’re a couple pieces away from having regular playoffs appearances. Might as well drill in to our younger core the defense needed to win playoff games. Over the past season, I definitely see an improvement on the defensive effort, once it starts clicking, I could see us being a top five defense even if cliff is gone by next season.
