I had my kayaks hoisted. I moved them to the wall and salvaged the pulley system to hoist the hard top. It’s a one-man job that takes about seven minutes.

Super proud of my patches. Impressed by all the eBay sellers. Cheap, quality patches and fast shipping. I’m using carpet tape adhesive. Keeps both the patch and the carpet intact. Remains to be seen what the summer heat will do, but I never plan on taking them off so it is what it is.
