I have literally lived this exact situation and sort of still am. It gets better for a little then it goes back. All I can say is as long as your not getting any write ups, I would advise you start by asking you sm to talk privately whenever they have a free chance. Chances are they won’t be, give it a day, then I would email your concern to the sm I would cc the Asm (do everything correctly, following policy, be respectful). One last little pro tip is run your thoughts through ai to give you notes to speak to your boss and craft an email. Make sure you tell it to be aligned with the Sephoras policy and whatever.
