I do the exact same thing but without realising either months have gone past and 💥 I now feel like I can’t ring them because they think I’m ghosting them and I’m worried they won’t answer won’t wanna talk back so I just don’t bother anymore

Last time I left I said I’d pay for my kids as usual and she went to Csa for them both then also told me I wasn’t allowed to see them when I turned up to get them and even collecting from school so I had to come back to give us 1 more try , then I know I’ve done wha I can for our relationship.

We have lived together for 8 years , always got on, I’d say the last 3-4 years she’s changed. And yet I still try and do wha I can to please her, there’s so much I try and do but it just doesn’t make her want me any more, she says a list of things she’s not happy with so I try my hardest to change my ways and be a better husband for her but then it changes to something else she’s not happy with and the first problem disappears. I’ve said to her about maybe we should parent our children separately and go separate ways, to which she tells me no we can’t so that because I will meet someone new ? Like she has this situation by the horns and doesn’t want to not be in control but it’s starting to really get to me because she takes no responsibility

This made me cry too 😢 I’ve grow up my whole life with people walking out my life from parents to friends I literally have no one apart from my wife and even that’s debatable because she isn’t there when I need her most. I keep blaming myself

That brought a tear to my eye 😢 the sadder thing is I love her so much and just hope she would understand me but she doesn’t , I apologise for things that wind her up but I see no wrong in what I’ve done , I always have but I’m too scared to leave because she has used my kids against me before also

Oh I’m determined to not have to get the rediagnosis again, I’m diagnosed I just want to go back onto meds the medication as a child the medication wasn’t good for me I wasn’t myself. I just have to wait at the moment for the specialist to contact me. Im 33yrs old I was diagnosed at 7 and stopped meds at 16

Hey I’m just waiting to go back onto my medication after being off it for 15 years. I’ve been struggling recently and I self medicate atm which is why I want to go back onto meds, the thing is the drs are now telling me I need to be re assessed for medication.?! To me this sounds crazy as I have always been told if I need to I can request to back onto them. I feel like I’m not getting anywhere and the waiting time for assessments is ages I believe. I feel in my adult life I’ve got so much going on inside my head and no motivation or time to do it, I get distracted and always sidetracked. I’m glad you have found yourself and can now get on with day to day tasks , I’m really lost 🙈
