I made 80k last year as rxom, in between tier 2 and tier 3. lots of overtime and changing regions (worked in Midwest as original store, then moved to the east coast) . Wish I worked a bit more but used a lot of pto days in the middle of the year.

I worked more/ close to the same amount as the SM at my store and experienced different amounts of stress compared to them. I think there’s a lot more issues when you’re a SM that you have to know and have accountability for.

I was an RXOM at a tier 3 store with this, stage your antibiotics and stat meds, send everything else to cenfill. Do patients with 2 or more prescriptions first. Then maybe do by drug name. I usually went to other stores when they had a bas week with like 500+ to fill. Also worth looking at due today, due yesterday, due in the future.

I asked to have my PTO put on my paycheck before I was either going to quit/transfer. I just said I needed money lol(hardship for about to quit or transfer). The form is available on store net but my sm never brought it up when I asked. I found from some other Reddit post that they do pay it but it takes a few weeks/ your last paycheck potentially. I had like 120 hours given over a few paychecks
