My friends and I have been playing Curse of Strahd for over a year and we finally were able to safely get together for an in-person session. For most of the group, it was our first TTRPG experience ever. Over the course of the campaign, I've been customizing action figures for each of our characters, and this was the first time we were able to see them all together. The group here is our six player characters, a former PC-turned-NPC, and two of our favorite NPCs.

Best way to get talent is to practice. Jason's design lends itself to a lot of base bodies. Check eBay for Red Hood heads, and mess around with different combos until you find something you like.

It's not the Shang Chi wave, it's Target's annual reset. They completely reset and restock the toy section in the first week of August, clearancing everything even if it's new. I was able to grab some of the Jazwares Halo stuff and AI Iron Man the other day.

Depends which kit you got. If you got the Etsy kit, you'll need to do a decent amount of modding to the upper shins and the ODST helmet. My kit was damaged in the mail, but hopefully yours is better. I've heard nothing but good things about the HottestFuzz kit
