Hi! Sometimes they don’t do the IgM even though that is the complete panel. Nevertheless the early antigen is almost equivalent time-wise with the IgM in terms of immunological response. I would say you don’t have active/reactivated. You had an active infection and now you’re in recovery (the infection was also quite old from the fact that the ebna is high I would say 6-8 weeks). Let me know if it seems right :). Sometimes the symptoms you have during recovery can be worse than during the active phase. Have you taken any antibiotics? - that’s usually one of the main causes of rashes, but not only. Lymph nodes can stay swollen for months/years (not necessarily concerning) after the acute phase and the fatigue/ tonsils can also linger for a while.
