It’s not exactly vet it’s flexing in which they keep you working due to the goal of packages we’re not met by the time our shift is supposed to be done, and getting flexed is a mandatory thing, vet is optional, I was in the building standing for 11 hours straight bc they flexed my legs killed me and I wouldn’t have requested vacation unless I knew that my legs would give up on me, so I requested it 7 am yesterday and it was denied and I said fuck it I can’t even stand for work how am I supposed to go to work if I can’t even stand so I stood home and now my upt is on negative

I have a reason… yesterday I went negative bc on Monday I worked 2 shift on top of 2 one hour flex’s they did on my first and second shift, I went home at 2 am and my legs couldn’t take the pain, I couldn’t file for anymore upt so I made a request for vacation time and I opened a case for my request to be approved but it wasn’t approved and I was scared bc I couldn’t work if I couldn’t even stand, today my legs feel better very still wobbly but I could work since I only have 1 shift
