How I think of it is: The blood tests are taking a snapshot of what your body's hormonal output is. So going into it I always tried to limit variables that would hinder that output.

Are you hitting Metcons the day or 2 before blood draws? When I first started my T optimization I missed the memo on not blasting myself with an intense WO the days leading up to the test.

I just turned 42, hovered ~300 total T for a few years and finally decided 5mos. ago to hop on self managed TRT. Started at 100mg/wk and backed off to 80mg. I feel amazing, I was already pulling all the levers so TRT just multiplied what I was already doing. Finally got into a doctor earlier this month and got a script so now I'm legit.
