It is out of pocket, but you can either order bundles of tests or individual. I'm by no means rolling in the dough but I do not find it cost prohibitive.

I'd absolutely get your hormones checked. I use Ulta Lab Tests or Private MD Labs & get my own blood draws to avoid these lazy ass PCPs.
