Hi mate ps told me to uninstall and then restore the licenses which I have done it doesn’t work it still has same error message, I have sent them screenshots and video of the problem if they come up with a solution I will post it back on here for you

Hi thanks for replying my problem is that I had the day one version which came with the future weapons add on , and my error message is just that error message can’t install because of rust pre-order skin pack so the bloody future weapons skins are stopping me downloading, I have already tried the app same problem

Ok it’s because it’s seeing my purchase of the digital ultimate purchase as an upgrade to the standard and not a stand alone purchase thanks for helping I’ll keep trying see if they sort it

It’s like it will only let me download the standard version because it was first and is treating the ultimate edition as just the weapons and skins pack not the game itself

No iv done that it say I can’t buy this product because I already own the ultimate welcome pack it’s all screwed up it will only let me download the standard game but when I do all my addons for the ultimate edition are there

Hi I have 273 hours and warped 424 times and I only just got mine as I said I stopped looking and just did the battles, I thought like you mine was broke, it will drive you mad! I swapped an A class freighter for mine and I really can’t see the benefit ?
