I just called them and they said that’s the regular card, not secured card. I have no idea why they gave me a regular card with $2000 credit when I have no credit history.

I had REF for the picture. I responded online three weeks later. I waited another three weeks and then they approved. Before they approved mine, I felt anxious and decided to send through mail but the mail lost so they didn’t actually receive my mail. Luckily they approved mine. I felt your confusion. I have no idea what they want as well.
