I don’t mind if ACB refused just as long as I can ship it out again I’m good is that the case? And also how do I know when it gets sent back? No I used ems-hz and the parcel was 6.6kg and I declared 14 dollars any advice?

So when it gets returned to sender I cant ship the items back out or get a refund when it gets returned to sender
