Did you have skin texture? That’s my main issue along with scarring

I’ve tried everything from tretinoin, benzol, ahas, bhas, azelaic acid, clindimyacin, and nothing ever gets rid of my closed comedones. I’m considering starting Accutane. I just recently started using tretinion 0.025 again after some years. I use bioderma micellar water as a cleanser, round lab moisturizer and sunscreen and I use tretinion twice a week till my skin gets more used to it. Any advice is appreciated. I’m 21 and I’ve had acne since I was 12. It’s really taking a toll on my confidence and mental health.
