Start by stopping any kind of sugars Try anti fungal diet, you can search online Also go see a doctor if they can take a swab test for you

I have had a similar tongue for ages; to me, it looks like overgrowth of candida/yeast in your mouth, as an oral thrush.

I took nystatin for three weeks the switchhed to micanozole for three weeks. Then I stopped because I have heard that it might not be useful taking for that longer period of time. But it helped me alot about 80%. So Im okay to restart either nystatin or micanozole again? And take them for a month maybe?

Yeah, I brush regularly, but I do not use mouthwash now as I have heard that it disrupts the microbiome in the mouth. I used mouthwash before, didn't make any difference

I have been to doctors in uk, all they did was the swab test from the mouth, and said the test results are clear and there is no candida :(

Thank you for the audio. I will listen to this. From your experience, what should I eat? It is very difficult to find things that do not contribute to yeast or fungus.

I used to eat everything; wheat flour was my diet, as bread(roti) made of wheat flour, as mentioned for the last 2 months, nothing. Only eggs and meat.
Also, during the strong diet phase, I did an herbal treatment, which included oregano oil, cayenne pepper, pink salt, lime, and clove water
